We support you in pursuing your interests and goals, whether it’s providing you with resources for research projects or funding to attend courses.
You drive and plan your schedule in collaboration with your PCN and the team at Primary Care Dietitians.
We adopt a versatile and flexible approach and believe in empowering you to manage your time in a way that suits you, your duties and the needs of your team.
Working in primary care sometimes can be isolating. We provide a close knit dietetic community with other FCDs across the country, sharing learning, experiences, difficulties and successes.
Our version of a great workplace is about investing in a dream team of talented dietitians who are excited to pursue ambitious shared goals.
We encourage collaboration, share information and discourage politics. It’s exhilarating to be a first contact dietitian and be a part of our journey.
The leadership team have got unique backgrounds and we strive to employ dietitians who support and represent this diversity.
The UK is an incredibly diverse population. We believe that in order to best serve our patients, our team should represent the population.
If you are a dietitian practicing in a different country, you are always welcome and we can support with Tier 2 (Health & Care) Visas. We allow for extended support and guidance before you start, to allow you to familiarise with a new area.
