Primary Care Dietitians is the only national specialist provider of primary care dietetic services focused on supporting practices and PCNs implement first contact dietetic services in line with ARRS (Additional Roles Reimbursement) funding.
We provide a fully managed dietitian service for PCNs to enable you to provide a consistent high quality first contact dietetic service for all your member practices.
Our dietitians will be working towards becoming a First Contact Practitioner
We give you the option of a 47 or 52 week service model

We support your PCN during mobilisation and implementation of the service, to promote best practice, and handhold your practice teams to ensure we maximise service effectiveness from day one, regardes of whether you opt for an “in practice” or “remote” service.
The dietitian we deploy to work with you will fully integrate into your team. They are likely to be working towards FCD with our mentorsip and guidance as they work at your practice.
On average, our dietitians have 6 years post-graduate dietetic experience. All of our dietitians are supported by our Clinical Lead who is well experienced in the field primary care dietetics.
We continually strive to get feedback from our service through patient feedback and data extraction so that we are able to showcase service outcomes, and seek development opportunities.
